Question for those who have DBGT Final Bout (US)

Post by Leotaku » Tue Jul 06, 2004 3:28 pm

I'm about to finally get a copy of the US DragonBall GT Final Bout for PSone (for just $10!!), but the seller doesn't have the booklet or back cover slip. So I was wondering, does anyone here have those missing items, and wouldn't mind giving them up to me? I really like to have all my stuff (like games and music cds) complete and original.
If you have them and are willing to give them to me, please post. If you have them, but don't want to give them away for free (come on, give me break :( )PM me and we can discuss something.
If you don't have them, maybe you can suggest how I'd be able to get them?
Please help. Thanks.

Can't you just download the cover from cover site and print it out? (same with the backslip)

The same thing happened to me. I have really hi-res versions of both the front and back (US and Japanese versions) on my hard drive. Shoot me a PM if you're interested and I'll upload them onto my webspace for you.

Especially if you KNOW you want what's missing?! Why not spend the extra $5 and get the booklets?

I'd rather have the real deal, and the full booklet (not just the cover), but I suppose I'll consider the suggestion, Jordy and Mizugi. Thanks.
Sun_Wukong: Why pay $10? You know how many people pay much more than that? Well over a $100?
$10, even for a crappy game, is nothing. That's little more than the price of a rental. Just like paying a little more to TRY a game out, except I'm actually KEEPING it too.
EDIT:
Why not spend the extra $5 and get the booklets?
How am i supposed to do that? The seller doesn't have those. If anyone here has them and is willing to give them to me, I would consider paying for them, depending on the condition.

I've been looking around there a long time at its DBGT auctions (months), but no one has been selling just the booklet and back cover slip alone; it's always with the game, or the game only.

I don't know about you, but I can't find DBGT US complete (with original case and manual) on ANY site for less than $150.
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

I remember a few years ago Final Bout was ranked #3 on a PlayStation.com poll on best PlayStation game ever, right behind Final Fantasy VII and Metal Gear Solid. I KNEW people were voting for the title, not the game.

Because its super rare and very valuable. 10 dollars is a bargain!

#3??? That's insanely ridiculous.
Anyway, I'm aware that it's supposed to really suck, but I'm a fan of the series, and hell, $10? That'd be insanely ridiculous too, to pass that up.

But it's NOT valuable if there's no instruction manual, it's used, and has no cover. HENCE THE $10 BARGAIN.

Something is only worth what people are willing to pay for it. The guy could have had no bidders, or just the minimum bid. If it had the manual, etc, $50 starting bid could have escalated to a higher price.

People would be lucky enough to find the game at all, with or without the book and stuff, for well under $100.
But really, I didn't come here to ask about the quality of the deal, I'm here looking for missing stuff. :?

Doubt you'll find it. If it's 00ber rare, why would we GIVE it away?

No, he asked if we could give it to him if we had it.
