It's from this weird Japanese toy phone thing used to answer trivia based on the stuff you see on the screen. The scenario involved going back through famous points in the series and answering questions about it.

Couldn't really understand it, but I found it very funny that Goku doesn't even notice or care that he's screwing up the future by patting himself on the head. And just the look on both Goku's faces. Priceless. =]

Beyond cool! What is Goku telling his younger self? Either way, this is awesome. I don't think Trunks' actions are out of character, he just had an "OH SHIT MOMENT"! After all he doesn't want to alter the future!
