I figured this would be a fun thread, lol.

Adult Goten- light stubble (like Mugen from Samurai Champloo)
Adult Trunks- same as Goten
Gohan- I'd give him a goatee
Vegeta- full beard

Given that Gohan's an office worker in some capacity I think it'd be funny if he just showed up with a 5 o'clock shadow, spastic coffee eyes and hair grown out just a tad too long.

I think it would be funny if Yamucha ended up bald on to, so he'd have a combover and to balance that out, he'd grow a beard.

A fun story could be that Vegeta keeps the mustache but its not until he's possessed by Baby where it gets shaved because the Tuffle is so repulsed that he resembles King Vegeta too much with the facial hair so he shaves it off. Once Baby is defeated Vegeta considers it a blow to his pride that his Mustache was shaved without his permission by a lowley Tuffle so he grows a full beard out of spite.
