During the Buu arc, it's mentioned that Kuririn is the strongest, but people debate whether it's him or Tenshinhan. Of course, that's only if you count Ten as a human.

I'd say Kuririn, he's seen the most action, and has has accomplished some pretty impressive stuff, keeping up as a useful fighter all the way up to the early Artifical Human arc.
Sure Tenshinhan kept Cell down, but he was cutting into his vital life energy to do so, using a REALLY powerful technique.

In the Japanese manga and anime during the Buu saga it does say that Kuririn is the strongest human on the planet (and yes, Tenshinhan is considered to be a human) however, I highly doubt that Kuririn was always the strongest. During the Cell Saga Tenshinhan was able to do much more damage to Second Form Cell than Kuririn was able to do to First Form Cell. And, Tenshinhan and Yamcha trained under King Kaio for quite a while and that has been known to make some increases in your power level.

Would Android 18 count after all the wires had been ripped out?

If not I would say Krillin, he has lots more battle experience than the others - including Tien, although he has also been one of the characters to die the most...

Note: Despite the first post, it does discuss who is the strongest considering Tien. If we do want to know which human is truly the strongest it is definitely Uub.

And I still say Tien. Yamcha's comment about Krillin was based on what he last knew of Tien's power. I figure that as Krillin settled down and stopped training while Tien kept going he surpassed Krillin by this point. It's just that Yamcha's not seen him in ages so he's judging by older powers.

Ya, that puts them all pretty close, except for Yamcha who seemed to slack off a bit after the freeza saga. Over all I think Tien kept the edge over the other two throughout Dragonball and Dragonball Z.

It feels like Uub really cheats his way to that title, considering he does get all his power from Buu, while the others developed their own powers.

Bzzzzzzzt.

Tien and the others arrived on King Kai's 6 days before Goku got to Namek. Tien did not get revived until 280 days later. Krillin's power boost on Namek put him somewhere in the mid to upper 20,000s. Tien started off on King Kai's at around 1,800 and trained there for longer than Goku did. Thus, Krillin's power boost on Namek would be nearly, if not completely, negated by the time Tien was revived.

Is everyone neglecting the fact that Tenshinhan helped defeat the Ginyu Force(without Ginyu), on King Kai's Planet. While Kuririn, Son Gohan, and even Vegeta couldn't beat Reacoom. But is there any reading on Kuririn and Tenshinhan's recent ki levels in a Daizenshuu or something?

I believe that was filler? I may be wrong but i'm almost sure I read that somewhere.

Possibly.

In my opinion though, I wouldn't have thought so. To me it was just put in there to make the Freeza saga even longer, to add some fun to the show, and to show two different teams routing for two different fighters.

I doubt that Tien, or Yamcha would have got as strong or possibly stronger then Goku or Vegeta from the first fight they had, and after that Vegeta had the huge power boosts leading up to fighting the Ginyu Force, and they couldn't have possibly got stronger then that.

Not to mention Mr. Satan he deafened Cell!. Though funny story. My friend missed a few episodes when Cell saga was on here. He tuned in and saw Mr. Satan had defeated Cell and thought he really had

At work the next day we kept telling him he had until we told him the truth and it all made sense.

Hell no. The humans had been on King Kai's planet for only six days at that point. Vegeta was unable to defeat Recoome, how could the humans do so?

One- Pic is not his father. He doesn't have the weight of his father's sins on him. He still has how own- but he doesn't get credit for killing thousands of people a few centuries back. Going by the manga, I don't think he's actually killed anybody by that point (though not for lack of trying)

Two- Pic had spent a lot of time being nasty and angry, true. But he had also spent the last year cooling down a good deal/helping save the earth and had just sacrificed himself to save this kid.

It would still be surprising to everybody that he would show up along the path after them, but it's not impossible to understand. And in the filler, Kaio had requested they could keep their bodies long enough for the humans to kill them again.
