Trying to access nicovideo.jp videos

This applies because I'm trying to watch some dragonball videos I've found linked to there on Japanese websites- but I can't even begin to figure out what to click o_o I don't have the exact video link I was looking for on me, but I only just figured out the romanji name of the place to ask about it now. Bu for example while I'm away from the computer that has the link-

How the hell do I get to see it from there? Is it something where you have to sign up, or have I just missed the place you're suppose to click?

The vid I wanna see is actual fan-animation. With nameccians

And it looks awesome. I would be thoroughly grateful if someone could help me with this, or at least let me know there's no hope to be had.

I just clicked around and the red box takes you to a form to register, the blue box takes you to a log in for some sort of "premium" service, and the two blank text fields would be for username/password.

So yeah, my guess is you'll have to register, and if that little preview up the top is accurate, the the fan animation looks to use sprite artwork from Saiya-jin Densetsu on the Snes.

Click the orange button. On the following screen...

E-Mail
Nickname
Thumbnail (not impornant)
Sex/Gender Birthdate
Prefecture (just pick any)
Password (reenter it on the bottom box)
Secret Question (4-64 chars with answer being 1-16; just put anything)
Membership Type (click the bottom "General Membership")

Then, click the button that says "Confirm Registration" (the only one on the bottom.) You should be taken to a terms of service and whatnot and then the secret word thingy, which, upon completion, will give you an e-mail. Click the enclosed link and you'll be registered.

As I said in the post that wasn't the exact video I was looking for, I just hunted for any dbz one for the post here so it wouldn't be confused as off-topic.

EDIT- just making a note. I went to Trans-Gaia to try to grab the specific page, but my link to their page has been down for a while > < I really hope they haven't moved the site to a new server or something, it's always so difficult to look for Japanese sites when they do that. I have to have been trying to find out where Dead Star went for over a year now.
