Is reading Dragonball and other mangas through internet scans...

A condemnable thing to you guys?

I've all the manga volumes, I've supported it my way... but when debating online I just find it too convenient to read through non-paid scans.

I've Tachiyomi downloaded on my phone and can access a vast array of mangas... which I never could even if I wanted, since many aren't accessible to buy. I'm sure most people do that.

And the industry doesn't seem to make an effort to prevent that.

But trust me, if I could pay Tachiyomi monthly and knew the money was going to the industry of mangas, I'd. I'd pay a considerable amount to make sure it doesn't get taken down.

I wouldn't call it condemnable because digital media has taken off in the last decade or so, and there's ways to consume it legally.

It's not for me, as I like physical copies of all my Dragon Ball media, but I understand a lot of people like the space saving and convenience of digital, so I'm glad the option is there for them.

Whatever way you read the manga online, I highly advise looking into legal options. I'm not familiar with them myself, but I'm sure there are others here that could suggest options that are available for getting the manga digitally.

morally, no, though just a heads up that you shouldn't name any sites or specific places on where to find them, for a multitude of reasons. i don't really think people have to justify it to themselves either, i can and do spend money on the series itself proper, so when i do Do that stuff i feel kinda guilty, but for people who can't, i mean, i don't think they should.

legally, i mean yeah i guess it is, but that's not something i am smart enough to have a opinion on.

Several illegal anime and manga sites have been shut down in the last few years. Same with many torrents sites so studios do make an effort to go after them. I read the latest DBS manga chapter on Mangaplus for free so there's usually a legal option nowadays .

Mangá Plus doesn't cut it for me because it doesn't feature a vast array of titles I enjoy.

I've all the physical copies of Dragonball, but having them stored digitally makes it easy to access them when moving around. It's not practical to carry all the volumes around.

I could read Dragonball on MangaPlus, but Smartphone-only users like me don't have the pages stretched to fit the whole screen. It gets really small. Maybe I could adjust to it, but it's not ideal.
