Watch in Japanese with subtitles. If it's 4:3, you're watching the Dragon Box version. If not, you're out of luck.
It looks like some episodes are stuck with bad hd version of them.

Really odd it'd be sub-only for the Dragon Box footage since I believe the US version of that release included the dub.
At this point I'd LOL if Funi swapped the Dub footage for the DBox too but cut the old Bajoran-font title cards into them.
