Which Cover Do You Guys Think Looks Better?

I'm creating a Dragonball fan comic and I'm in the process of hiring an artist. With my budget being small, I have to rely on low cost artists, which is always a risk. Therefore, after receiving two affordable offers, I decided to have a competition. I commissioned both artists to create a cover, then, after getting the opinions of others, I will choose one to make the actual comic. I gave both a lot of leeway on cover design.
