I'm still kinda-sorta thinking that Elec didn't actually wish for Gas to be the strongest in the universe. I'm kinda thinking he wished for something else that went behind everyone's backs, including his siblings', and he's currently banking on a sort of "placebo effect" of Gas believing he did to get his confidence up and Granolah's confidence down in order to manipulate the fight to go the way he wants to in order to do whatever underhanded thing he's up to in the background. And if that's the case, I kinda wonder if Gas will turn on him when he finds out.

And I think it's because the underlying theme of this whole story seems to be how who's stronger than who and who can beat who in a fight is entirely pointless, and that strength of character and heart are what's gonna determine who's gonna win in the end, which I suspect is driven by the insanely fucking annoying way this fandom is perpetually and viciously fighting over who's stronger and who can beat who in whatever hypothetical fight they think up and missing the entirety of the story and the characters' personalities. Even the writers are trying to tell the fandom to knock that shit off, and they're still missing the point and spending the whole story still doing it.

"Do this bad thing, or I'll do that worst one".

Unable to defeat Gas, Elec propose Goku elimination of Gas (or Vegeta?) if he does eliminate Granola. Or something like this, I suppose. Elec is a schemer.
Or maybe some kind of uncanny retcon about Bardack to be known.
Moral stuff, Vegeta come in to save the day, Gas rebel to Elec, Granola detonate with Gas, nothing of this mess come to consequences and such messy spheres gone as they will never existed.
As the filler this story is, nothing should have long lasting consequences on the universe. Just local ones.

Wait for the moment Goku will collect Oatmill. Oatmill will be more than an eyegoggle, as said. It will be the drive for an entire new line of Goku toys and DLC. The one-eyed Goku.

That's impossible, because Gas knows IT and Hakai, and the only way he'd know those is through the wish.

You're overestimating the product. DBS isn't the market leader, it must follow trends to survive.
They must work on a strict set of rules to sell the product at *the minimum audience*. One battle by episode, one truth relevealed by episode, no lead must die, Vegeta have to catch up, Goku have to be morally challenged at least once by arc, power escalation...
Given such strict limits, there's nothing left for freeform narrative. Or any meaningfull premise, intent or radical innovation.
If the fandom is all about power levels, they will sell that, no need to argue. Is a product to sell, for them. Well, every manga is... despite how much you grow fonded to it.

Now that Granolah's eyes are damaged, he'll probably rely even more heavily on Oatmeel. Goku subtly teaching Gas to properly use Shunkan-Ido? I wonder where they're going next. And it seems that Elec's business wasn't just unsealing Gas. Looking forward to the fully translated dialogue.
