I'm sure a lot of you have seem Timo's awesome Super DBZ Tankobon.
What I'd like to know, is where exactly did he get the music for the second one (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mPGKAhHLQBo).
Anybody know? I'd really REALLY love to own this song.
Thanks in advance!

Animetal's album Decade of Brave hearts. I have all of their albums except for the one with the Dragon Ball theme on sadly...

Most of their songs are only TV size, people think that there are a tonne of samples online, but they aren't. They usually do cult anime themes and Tokusatsu stuff like Kamen Rider, Ultraman, even Spider-man...

They only have a few full length songs, and they're greats like Cha-la Head Cha-la, Cruel Angel's Thesis, and also have two Animetal Lady Albums where they have a female vocalist instead of a male one, so they do Shojo and kid's themes on those ones.

How can you not know Animetal!?

I love their Gundam and Macross themes. I want them to do a third Animetal Lady album dedicated to just Gundam! Like Richie Kotzen and Gackt already did.

Either her or with Eizo Sakamoto would kick so much ass.

You mentioned tokusatsu stuff. What sentai themes have they done, if any?

Animetal has done a lot of Toku covers.

Marathon II had most of the old school Kamen Rider songs on it.
Marathon III was mostly Ultraman themes.
Marathon V had some sentai on it mostly stuff like Himitsu Sentai GoRanger
Marathon VII had the rest of the Kamen rider songs that wheren't in II and a lot of random toku like Spiderman and they covered the two newest sentai series at the time DekaRangers and MagiRangers.
Decade of Bravehearts had two Toku related, Ultraman Leo's Theme and Hurricanger.
