For fans of the Latin Dub
Re: For fans of the Latin Dub
The audio quality has never been the best for GT in Latin Spanish, or at least that's how I remembered it, I'll give you that.

Yes, in DBZ there were just a couple of shots that were cut, like too pervert things from Master Roshi. The only violence I remember they censored was with Freeza, when he rams Krillin with his horns and later when he is stepping on Gohan's head.

Re: For fans of the Latin Dub
Thank you for the heads up! Are those DVDs a few pages back legit? I might get them for nostalgia
Re: For fans of the Latin Dub
Yes, they are legit. I got the first vol. of DBZ and the second vol. from DB.
I really wanted them to keep publishing the rest of the Dragon Ball episodes. With the censorship they have I can actually show it to my niece without having to skip the most risky scenes with Roshi.

Re: For fans of the Latin Dub
Tbh if i were you i would try to look at any electronic stores in Latin America or any kind of video store because the guys on the streets will always be bootleg but there are sites you can go on to watch the Spanish dub and 2 apps
Websites: Mundodragonball.com dragonball.sullca.com
Apps: Mundo Dragon (google play store) legìon anime (apk)
I know it's not the same but you can always buy movie cases and make your own CDs might not be authentic but at least you will have it i just dont recommend selling it i would just keep as a personal thing sucks it's such a pain to find the actual series physically because i would also like to support the official release

Re: For fans of the Latin Dub
A thought crossed my mind that because the Latin American dub is so popular Funimation might release it as an extra audio track on the next Blu-Ray or first 4K Dragon Ball Z release, just to have another excuse to milk the series. Though now the company in question is Crunchyroll and I'm not sure if the same team will be handling home video (some redundancies happened in the UK office, so I could potentially see everything other than dubbing at Okratron being moved to California) so that remains to be seen.
