I have a strange request that I'm hoping to get some help with. This disk has been with me for many years, but I have no idea what it is. I've searched the internet with no luck.

Hi just to ask do you know what's on the disk? From the cover it'd be hard to make out much I'm afraid

The text on the label is Chinese rather than Japanese, and appears completely unrelated to the fact that the picture is of Goku.

Seems to be a racing game -- searching the Chinese title (房車大賽) leads to entries for the 2000 video game ToCA Touring Car Championship; I'm assuming it's either the source code or ROM for the Nintendo Game Boy Color port since a PS1 version wouldn't fit on a floppy disk.
