Does Toriyama's Manga Theater give hope for Neko Majin?

Does Toriyama's Manga Theater give hope for Neko Majin?

It's been 15 years since we got a translated chapter of Neko Majin. Does the release of the Manga Theater give hope we will get a Neko Majin full release?

P.S. Sorry if this was brought up before.

An OVA adaptation would be nice to see, if it's not too late.

What do you mean by a full release? The manga got fully released in French.

What do you mean by a full release? The manga got fully released in French.
My bad if I wasn't clear, in the US we got only one chapter officially translated in the US shonen jump magazine. That was back in 2007 and we still haven't seen a full volume release in the US.
