That depends on the production schedules. We still don't know what is taking over for Digimon: Ghost Game when it ends—assuming it even ends in March. Nobody has said that a new Dragon Ball series will air in the 9AM slot in April 2023. Maybe it'll be Sand Land or maybe there won't even be a Sand Land anime.

I know that people like to speculate but sometimes the only conclusion to come to is "go spend your time doing something else and don't think about it until actual news comes around."

Yes, it is. Toei Animation is not mentioned to be involved with whatever the project is, merely Bandai.

Wouldn't be surprised if the leakers screwed up and the web series is actually Sand Land. Maybe Toriyama will connect it to Dragon Ball like he did with Jaco manga. I wouldn't mind that. He could use Kintoki too. There are 12 Universes.

I've got a gut feeling that the web series they were all hyping up was just Sand Land. Dragon Ball won't even have a stage event at Jump Festa. I'm never going to pay any attention to rumours regarding this series ever again. I'm done.

There's zero indication that Sand Land is getting a cartoon. Meanwhile, the web series leakers have yet to be proven wrong, have be directly told that it's a Dragon Ball series and directly told that Kubota is working on it.

It's kind of funny that "there's zero indication that Sand Land is getting a cartoon", but, at the same time, the leakers "have yet to be proven wrong". So the burden of proof is on them, on us, or it depends on the narrative we are pushing?

Who said what, when and where? I keep tabs on only two people with connections and to the best of my knowledge neither has said that any sort of animated adaption is happening. Who has said that Sand Land is getting an animated adaption?

dbs20191 (now dbs2023, of course) said it explicitly four days ago: "Extremely excited for the upcoming Sand Land anime." and then, answering another tweet, "I can confirm there’s an anime component.".

This person has retweeted, has been retweeted, has commented and has been commented by most if not all of the leakers that I know of, supporting each other and their "facts".

1) The web series is the remake of the anime with no filler

2) DBS wont come back until the web series is done

I know some of the Kanzenshuu users dont like him but i'm surprised no one even mention it.
