It's for his new work, ZAIYUKI, which is based on Journey to the West and the Saiyuki manga, but also draws enough from Dragon Ball's artwork.
What a great big piggy that is.
He also drew a version of Goku that's closer to the Wukong classical myth, but sports the iconic spiky hair, gold color and Power Pole.
Dragon Ball nevers stop inspiring. And that's awesome.
"Don't take pleasure in destruction!" / "I will not let you destroy my world!"
A true hero goes beyond not the limits of power, but the limits that divide countries and people.

Submitting my official opinion as a women-loving-woman that Oolong looks cute and has a great fashion style. I hope the character writing is really good and there is fun fan service.
And maybe a more overt Dragon Ball reference?

Better keep her away from Roshi. Jokes aside, her design is cute, aesthetically, I think she looks better than most of the generic DB female characters, imo.

Has nothing to do with Oolong.
In the original tale it's a humanoid pig, which is why that is the case in Dragon Ball and this work.
Only give credit, where credit's due.
Also Murata is not the creator of One Punch Man. He's the artist for the mass produced consumer friendly version of One's original creation.
Only thing about Goku in this work, that may have been inspired by DB is the gold color and spiky hair. The power pole is right there in the original tale.

That's a weird way of saying "Murata draws the sexy and gorey comic adaption."
I have nothing against the original comic by ONE and think ONE is a great pioneer of comics.

I wouldn't say pig girl has anything to do with dragon ball. Journey to the West came first not toriyama lol. We can't say every single reference to a fairy tale is referencing something that also referenced the fairy tail.
But just looking at her and this version of Goku together, I wonder if there could be a Goku/Bulma dynamic going on.

I was about to wonder where the hell the explicit Dragon Ball nod was then read the clickbait title from cancer manifestation Comic Book Resources.com
But yeah Journey to the West references, adaptations, and allusions are everywhere in Japanese media. Toriyama doesn't own the concept.

I'd say of anything here, the most Dragon Ball looking thing is the font of the title. It must be pretty close to the same stylization on the letters, if not exactly the same, tgat Dragon Ball Z has.
At one point he even put that middle part of the Z, that Dragon Ball Z has on its Z.
