Is there a manga edition with the weekly shonen jump (WSJ) covers included?

Is there a manga edition with the weekly shonen jump (WSJ) covers included?

I'm wondering since it seems none of the editions released have them and they look awesome. Only color pages, various paper qualities/translations, and the infamous kanzenban ending.

Also, why did Viz never release the kanzenban instead of VizBig's?
