Official voice actor acknowledgement in fan created works?

This is something that's on the back of my head. In DBZA, TFS can acknowledge Kyle Herbert just fine, but for Chris Sabat, they instead use a pseudonym. It's probably just based on the actor's consent, but do you think it also affects their relationship with their employer? Or at least their clients? Its something I've been curious for a while
