I'm not very familiar with the more obscure Dragon Ball dubs; would this be the Animax dub of the TV series?I worked for 2 years in Hong Kong prior to the 'Handover' in '97 doing commercial v/o, videogames (inc "Bulma" in the "Dragonball" Series and voices for movie trailers & dubbing on movies.
I have taught voice presentation to corporate speakers and have coached a whole range of clients from acting students to Marketing Directors.

WOW! Awesome find. Well it definitely must have been a dub that was released already or she would be violating her NDA.
