Toonami Broadcast DBZ Versions Where to get?

Post by ryandrew2005 » Thu Aug 10, 2023 5:54 am

WHere do I go to download these. I know IKAOS has collected a very great set of dbz tv rips from toonami but his release is not seeded. Where can I go to watch this or get this? I have downloaded the few that were on archive. Thanks for any help at all!.

For the love of God, how many threads have been made lately where somebody has to be reminded that asking for bootlegs isn't allowed here? Yall ain't heard of discord or something?
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

1. Build time machine

2. Go back to August 31st 1998 and start recording episodes as they air on Toonami until April 7th 2003

3. ???

4. Profit!!!

I get that, i guess (not really) >> but this community with the help of people recording things on vhs (bootleg) have saved us a lot of the lost content on db, z, gt "Bootleg" is how that happened. This community + bootleg did work. Not sure how I cant ask for direction in looking for lost content.

If you have a VCR (and I'm sure you can find one at a flea market or something) you can buy the edited versions of the episodes on tape from third party sellers like Amazon or Ebay these are the episodes as they aired on Toonami, just without the Toonami promos and bumpers

Unfortunately it isnt that easy, Toonami made a load of mind you minor changes to the airing versions.(cuts, minor dialogue changes, some visual changes that you can see for yourself on archive) Among the exclusive toonami intros and bumpers like you said. I know this set is available as i said I'm trying to download a dead tor but it is complete so its out there somewhere :(

For starters, there are plenty of Toonami airings on archive.org.

Yea thank you! I got those there were about 110/120 a lot of which are actually mostly complete. Definitely better than nothing for the time being.

Edit: I finally found them! This library I just found was only missing episode 14, 181, 223, 226/229. Not bad! Looks like this was a reupload of som release but with different trackers.
