can someone explain to me why hatchiyack design is different in DBH?

i looked left and right in the internet for answers but found none. i read some chapters where he appeared but still couldn't figure it out? :crazy:

He looks the same. The picture here is just his transformation. He has few transformations.

thx a lot. after further digging up, i found out its a special form of hatchi in the prison planet arc :thumbup:
