To be honest? Yes. More than a normal person can(could) do. When I had 100 posts, it took me a week to get to 200. And that was last week! I thought that I was the number one poster...Now I'm number two.

No, they probably haven't because they were following the rules of the forum and not making ridiculous posts at a rate of 2-3 per minute. Watch your back man, EX is coming for you, I can feel it in the air.

We aren't making pointless posts. First, it started as trying to help out the new guy, then it turned into frustration over the number of pointless posts you are making, now we're just joking about it because your obviously ignoring our warnings.

Piccolo learning Kiao Ken would probably make him really strong, but the "I'm not a Saiyan" law in Dragonball would come into effect and the villains would just be that much stronger so that Piccolo couldn't defeat anybody.

What I think people should be really wondering about is what if Dragonball Z was given a "Justice League" style treatment (as in the animated show). Everyone would be useful in their own ways. While not every fight would feature every character doing something useful, a good chunk of them would get some spotlight that was integral to the overall victory.

Then, you would have a Piccolo that was like Batman, a Gohan that was like Supergirl (only... boy), a Tenshinhan that was like the Martian Manhunter, a Yamcha that was like the Flash, etc.

Y'know, that would make for some interesting fan art! Dragonball characters dressed up as Justice League characters.

Piccolo didn't seem interested in North Kai's training at all (if we want to take filler as canon here). Something tells me even if Kaio was handing out the secrets of the Kaioken like free sugar free lollipops after the dentist Piccolo would want to rely on his own inner strength and not somebody else's technique(s). Hell Piccolo is the one person in DBZ who doesn't constantly steal attacks from other people.

We know that Goku with a power level of about 8,000 could only do a Kaio-Ken x3.

We also know that during the fight with Freeza Goku had just received a zenkai and had previously had a power level of 90,000 and could handle a Kaio-Ken x20

So I say that Goku would have been around 105,000 when he fought Freeza.

So, every time your power level increases approximately 13x the Kaio-Ken you can handle increases about 6.66x.

And Piccolo at his peak was about as powerful as a Super Saiya-jin. So if anyone has an accurate number for Goku's power level as a Super Saiya-jin than we can figure out about where Piccolo was and about what level of Kaio-Ken he could handle.

If anyone sees any mistakes in my numbers please tell me, I don't have a Daizenshuu to reference, and if anyone knows what SSj Goku's power level was then I could finish my irritating equation. I know this type of post annoys a lot of you but it seems like the type of answer a person like KingBroly would like.

Alright, that just proved my original theory to be incorrect, because it would prove Piccolo to be able to use a (approximate) 14637.36x Kaio-Ken.

I suppose the ability of the Kaio-Ken has to level of somewhere otherwise it's possibilities would be incomprehensible.

So there's pretty much no way to know for sure how far Piccolo could have taken it but we do know that:

So basically everyone can come up with their own theory, even if you do believe Piccolo could master a Kaio-Ken x14,637.
