It has been brought to my attention Cartoon Network just shared a clip online.
Honestly having not watched any full films, Episodes or dubs from Indian actors this doesn't sound too bad, although I prefer Colleen Clinkenbeard as Luffy.
Also worth noting in the last two years Cartoon Network aired all of Kai, The Final Chapters, Super and Z movies 5-9 and 12-13 in a whopping five languages - Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. One Piece was the same, although they started from episode 891, and I assume the same will apply for this new English dub. I don't think Funimation's dub of Kai aired on Cartoon Network India, that was Southeast Asia as far as I'm aware.
I've got to admit it would be incredibly frustrating if a third English dub of Kai goes into production and is still out before Ocean Kai, but I would be open to another dub of Super and the aforementioned Z movies.
