Put a gun to my head, I would say a full redesign like Cooler's 5th Form, and because marketing Freeza can still go into a golden and black version.

I don't think I'd give Freeza another new form; in storyline terms he only just got his current final form. I'd rather see Freeza go along the general lines that Goku and Vegeta did for SSjB, in terms of perfecting the form and making it more effective in some fashion. Stronger, yes, but also having some other distinctive characteristic, if possible (just not "better stamina", please - maybe Koitsukai's suggestion of something Hakaishin-related would work well).

In Freeza's case, there's also room for progressive visual change as the "Black Freeza" form becomes more and more perfected. Unlike his Golden Form, which is a highly simplified recolour of his classic true form, "Black Freeza" has quite a bitty-looking design: different shades of "black", white patches remaining, along with the purple caps that are there in all three designs. As he perfects the form, it could become visibly simpler (i.e., more black, less of the rest of it) to reflect and signal that progress to the reader.

I mean, it would be funny to see Beast Frieza... No relation to Gohan Beast, by the way, I mean this:

That actually sounds cool, not exactly the Oozaru part, but the concept of Freeza turning into a giant monster. It could be seen as an inversion to how the Saiyans evolved past the need for turning into giant creatures to power up, with Freeza going the way of a primal monstrosity to reflect his wickedness. Perhaps he could turn into a massive, reptilian beast like Shenron, as a way of expressing mockery of how the wishing dragon has always symbolized hope to everyone? It's worth a shot.

...But I'll be honest, I kinda don't want to see Frieza again. Whatever the Super manga is going for with Black Frieza, I seriously hope that's it, his last dance. I don't need to see Kuriza and that stuff, it's really fine. My last form for Frieza would be Spirit Frieza, for a split second while he fades away as a spirit in the afterlife as he gets reincarnated. Get him out, please.
