Question about Ultra Instinct
Does a person need god ki to achieve Ultra Instinct or can almost anyone achieve it? Part of me thinks it does but I don't know.

When you think about how Moro was able to simply steal the ability of UI without having God Ki himself, and how Jiren and several other characters have managed to reach the level of Gods without God Ki, I'm inclined to say it's at least possible. Roshi also managed to imitate the principle of UI just with his martial arts experience, indicating that there is at least a mortal variation of divine techniques in the event that it's not possible.
I'm sure Whis is open to teaching anyone who is willing to endure his training, so we may find out in the future.

Hmm good points. The reason I ask is because I would like to see SSJ4 or at least another Super Saiyan form appear that puts its users on UI and UE levels in the event that Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker doesn't.
