Dragon Ball Daima is not Dragon Ball Super. Please use a (or make a new!) respective thread elsewhere on the forum to discuss that series.

Actually, I've been wondering about that... is Daima not going to get a dedicated 'board' like Kai and Super did?VegettoEX wrote: Mon Sep 02, 2024 8:59 am Dragon Ball Daima is not Dragon Ball Super. Please use a (or make a new!) respective thread elsewhere on the forum to discuss that series.

Dragon Ball was always a kid series and fans should stop being in denial.

-After Daima-
Considering the poor quality DBS had in all arcs except ToP, If Toei doesn't do a remake, they should do a remaster to Champa and Goku Black arcs, like they will be doing to One Piece Fishman Island arc: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bzs17473QAg
In this case the pacing could be the same since its fine, but they would improve the visuals with the post-production filter we got in ToP and DB Heroes anime. That alone would already make a difference. They could then correct some frames and add more effects.
BOG and ROF don't need it because we have the movies.

A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.
Favourite old DB Animators: Masaki Sato and Tadayoshi Yamamuro
Favourite new DB Animators: Yuya Takahashi and Chikashi Kubota

They should just redo the Champa and Gokuu Black arcs as 105 minute movies with new animation. Those would flow much better than re-editing old animation that was rushed as hell anyway.

Those two arcs look great though. Seems like a waste of resources to me.FortuneSSJ wrote: Sat Oct 19, 2024 10:45 pm -After Daima-

Akira Toriyama, DBS vol.4 joint interview with ToyotaroAt his core Zamasu is good like Shin, though I guess you could say he was so fastidious that it backfired. But you know, for this "Future Trunks Arc" you had to depict Zamasu and Trunks' inner conflict, right? If this was back when I was drawing the manga myself then I doubt if I could have done it. I mean, I'm not very good at depicting the characters' psychology on the page. So this all came together because now I only have to think up the story. [...] On my own, I doubt I would have been able to express Zamasu's fall to the dark side.
