Do you think that Frieza will be alive by EoZ?
Do you think that for all intents and purposes, Toriyama has planned to keep Frieza alive for good, now that he's been revived for the second time?
I feel that we'll probably never learn that, unless Toyotaro has an outline with inside information about a future arc (because the decision to kill him off again, if ever happens, might now be Toyotaro's idea.)

Yeah I was expecting Toriyama was going to leave Freeza alive. I would not be surprised if Toyotaro kills him off, though.

Superhero is set a year before EoZ and he is still alive. Freeza is not going anywhere anytime soon.

I hope he's left alive. Toyotaro killing him off in the Black Frieza arc would be a mistake imo. There's so much they could do with Frieza in years to come. It's my hope they'll reboot Cooler and have Frieza be apart of that story one day.
He'll always be available for DB creators to use now until the end of time.

Re: Do you think that Frieza will be alive by EoZ?
I have the feeling that they want for Freeza to be that kind of recurring villain who constantly wants to annoy the lifes of the main characters from time to time, so I definitely believe that Freeza will be around, somewhere in the universe in the "new version" of EoZ, I know that EoZ want us to believe that everything is at peace but Super already made enough retcons to EoZ, so that would only be one more of them
Since Freeza left Goku & Vegeta alive in Granolah saga ending, and Goku is back to Earth in Super Hero saga ending, which is just a 1 year (or some months) away from EoZ, so I think that the only way for Freeza to not be alive during EoZ is if in between Super Hero and EoZ, Toyotaro decides to make story where Freeza attacks Earth again and gets killed.

I simply wouldn't want to imagine my life without Dragon Ball, thank you Akira Toriyama (1955-2024), you are now immortal ~☆

Yes, he has returned enough by now that even if he died in a movie I doubt it would be the end for him. He is as much a part of the rotating DB cast as Vegeta or Tenshinhan. That is an out of universe answer though. The in-universe answer? Still yes going by Neko Majin which is the only post epilogue story from Toriyama.

"Going by Neko Majin", Vegeta was still working for Freeza as a Super Saiyan. It's a "post-epilogue story" in the same way that The Curse of Fatal Death is a post-classic series Doctor Who story. That people are actually trying to glean "in-universe" clues from it about actual DB storytelling is wild.

No, because we see him in Hell in GT.

Honestly the fact that people try to glean in-universe clues from DB itself at all is wild. The Tori-bot wrote: Thu Oct 17, 2024 6:46 amThat people are actually trying to glean "in-universe" clues from it about actual DB storytelling is wild.

GT is its own thing. It doesn't follow the manga or Super.

People can dismiss works from Toriyama for their headcanon, sure, and then there is not really much else to say then about this particular question apart from maybe more Doctor Who trivia. The Tori-bot wrote: Thu Oct 17, 2024 6:46 am "Going by Neko Majin", Vegeta was still working for Freeza as a Super Saiyan. DB original ending
DBZ ending
kanzoban/tankobon
DBO ending
Neko-majin ending
and now the one to forever remain inconclusively finalized in canonicity due to toriyama sensei passing, DBS ending
