lol sorry. I didn't mean to offend you if I did. I always looked at crude as being "overly simplified" Or "Dumbed down" I was not meaning to be offensive. You just explained it all really well without the need of going to in depth or spouting off excess BS.
Crude is bluecollar rednecky toilet humor. The joke I was referring goes as follows:
"What's the difference between rude and crude?"
"I dunno, what?"
"Rude is throwing your underwear against a wall."
"Eeeww!! You sure that's not what crude is?"
"Nope! Crude is when it sticks!"

That has to be the worst explanation yet. Using that theory all fighters should have an infinite amount of strength since as they use more energy they gain more endurance, which according to what you said, will in turn fuel more energy. -_-

Actually, Spyderjsr is right with his definition of "crude". I can mean "inelegent" as well as "dirty, filthy thing". Doesn't excuse him having the worst name ever, but...year. Go coffee making people's eyebrows fall off!

Whoah, this was the first topic I started.
It's like this. People have something in them called energy (or ki). The more energy you have, the more you can do. Then people have something called power. Energy means "source of power," so basically the body uses up energy to build power (or chikara, if you know your Kanji). Power is kind of like...er...how much energy is being applied to your body for strength.
So in Dragon Ball, a Saiyan taps into power he could use by being full of rage, and becomes a Super Saiyan. Here, he gets a boost of energy, thus he gets more power. But since he is tapping into a source of power that the body is not used to, he is put under a lot of strain. It's obvious that physical condition affects energy. If you're injured, your body loses energy and takes up more than usual to function. So if a Super Saiyan is under strain, his body is sapping up a lot of energy. Like Dayspring said, its like drinking alotta coffee. It boosts energy, but is actual just using up whatever you had left. Or something. Filling up a tank so you can drive really fast. And then your eyebrows fall off.
