It would be a great tourist attraction in Tokyo, even if it is a small wax museum-like exhibition with no rides. There could be an art gallery, they could have official tournaments for videogames and the card games there and host fan and press conferences in regular basis, meet and greet with voice actors every so often... Just imagine the photo spots!
