I was just re-reading Dragon Ball Super Manga 78 and seen how Gas mentioned that he and his siblings hadn't learned of Granolah's survival until several years after the fall of Planet Cereal.
Curious enough, I decided to ask a computer about the timeline of Granolah's life as he grew into becoming a bounty hunter. Around the fall of Planet Cereal, he looked to be around Vegeta's age, perhaps a bit older since he was able to walk; taking into account that they have a life span of up to two centuries as well means that they also develop and grow differently than people.
Using all the information given about Granolah's past-life, I asked A.I. about the potential timeline of Granolah's life prior to becoming a bounty hunter, preparing to becoming one, becoming one, and eventually making a name for himself.

This is what I got. Would any of you say this could align? Realistically speaking. I know anyone could say anything happened at any moment in time since we haven't been given the broader details, though this is just food for thought and to provoke a discussion.
The only thing that should be noted is that the timeline ends in Age 780, and I don't believe the present was in Age 780, but age 781 (I forgot to specify that part when I used the A.I.).

Re: Granolah's Timeline
I think that the timeline projection here places far, far too much time between the fall of Cereal and Granolah's Bounty Hunting activities.
In a relevant interview (Timestamp: 01:33 to 01:53), Toyotarou says Granolah was somewhere around 10 years old at the fall of Cereal (which matches in-story calculations from comments that he's around 50 in the present day, and the fall of Cereal was around 40 years prior). Given that the story requires that time of his life to be set shortly after Goku's Birth, Age 737 (or maybe 738) is likely.
The same interview (Timestamp: 01:54 to 02:13) suggests that Cerealian physical development isn't especially abnormal either; Toyotarou only seems to point out that they have a long physical prime, like Saiyans do. So it's not a safe conclusion to suppose Granolah is going to spend a huge amount of time looking like a child as part of a much slower ageing process. But that's what the projection graph seems to require: if I'm looking at it right, it's suggesting something like 25 years between the fall of Cereal and Elec hiring Granolah as a Bounty Hunter? This would require the (still very childlike) Granolah from the Chapter 78 flashback to be ageing extremely slowly to fit, and I just don't think there's any necessity for that conclusion.
The term Gas uses for the time elapsing before the Heeters encounter Granolah again is suunengo (数年後), which is quite nonspecific and it only needs mean as little as "a few years later", rather than requiring a longer span of time. Given that Granolah is still quite childlike in the flashbacks and he seems to peg a lot of what happens to him to the general time of around "40 years ago", I don't think we need to suggest more time than that, unless I'm forgetting a relevant datum. So a timeline could just as easily have events follow each other reasonably quickly after a few years' pause, and look something like this:
c. 727 to 730?: Granolah is born
c. 737/8: The Fall of Cereal; Beginning of Sugarian Settlement
(c. 739: Destruction of Planet Vegeta)
c. 741: Having begun training in the interim period, Granolah becomes a prodigy in the Bounty Hunting World; Elec finds out about him, visits Cereal at the first opportunity and hires him
c. 781: Present day

Re: Granolah's Timeline
Funny thing is Granolah is almost definitely dead by the time Super Hero happens. They hint at the possibility of meeting again, but Granolah's lifespan has been so drastically reduced (to one year, if I remember right) that any meaningful jump forward in time means he's gone. lol
Re: Granolah's Timeline
I know I'm late as hell to responding to this, but this makes far better sense given the interview you've given to me; I didn't even know about it.
