[Spoiler] Diama and the glinds timeline leaving the demon world

I tried posting this in the DBZ subreddit but didn't really get any answers and was wondering if people here might have insight.

Spoiler:

The timeline of the exodus from the Demon realm is at 1000 years prior to Daima, yet the glinds ruled the multiverse for billions of years, how the hell does this make sense in original canon where the events of bibidi took place hundreds of thousands, if not millions of years before DBZ, and let alone elder kai is at least millions of years old?

Anyone got a good theory or idea of how this fits?

We've been discussing it here.

Basically my hypothesis is that mortal life evolves really quickly in Dragon Ball (since the original series timeline comes from a line in the Boo arc from Shin that Boo was created when "humans first started to walk") or Shin is just incredibly ignorant.

But yes, it seems all lore and chronology in Daima dates back a few centuries or millenia at most.
