Where does Dragon Ball go from here ?
Re: Where does Dragon Ball go from here ?
They'll continue the Dragon Ball Super comic and Capsule Corp will produce another animated project, probably a film of some sort. Call back in a few years.

More animated TV shows, more movies, more video games and more supplementary tie-in promotional manga from Toyotaro.
It'll be business as usual.

Whatever happens, it will be interesting.
I don't see the weekly Super anime returning soon. It was cancelled for a reason.
Perhaps we'll get a movie every 1-2 year. They invested a lot to try out the cell shading for Super Hero. I can see them using that again to churn out relatively cheap movies to make money of related merch and such.

That movie was a major downgrade from Broly, and looks even worse now that Daima is out. Since Super ended, they tried out three new styles: Shintani, CGI, and modern Nakatsuru. I really hope we get the first or third option and not that terrible looking CGI again.Jord wrote: Tue Mar 04, 2025 10:17 amPerhaps we'll get a movie every 1-2 year.
