There's nothing stopping you from discussing Dragon Ball GT in any appropriate section.
The "Kai" and "Super" and "Daima" sub-sections were all created in respective eras when those series were brand new, and to host their episode-specific review/discussion threads as they were happening during those original airings.
(The forum is old, but not quiiiiiiiite old enough to host contemporary Dragon Ball GT episode discussion threads from their original airings.)
