Is this the only post-EoZ Toriyama content that will ever exist?

Unless he left behind some script set after the end of Z that they're secretly working on, this is indeed it from Toriyama. Hopefully it can get the Sand Land treatment sometime down the line.

I mean, Toriyama passed away last year. So, unless there's some post-epilogue stuff he's worked on hidden in a vault somewhere, then yeah, this is the only post-EoZ Toriyama content that will ever exist.

I already greatly enjoyed Neko Majin before this final chapter featuring Goku and (most of) the Son family, but seeing that Toriyama's apparent view on the subject of (post-EoZ) Dragon Ball was that Goku had the fortitude to NOT totally "abandon his loved ones" (like GT depicted him as doing) will never not make me INCREDIBLY happy to see.

I've said it on these forums many times, but I wish Neko Majin was more well-known, so as to show more people that Goku clearly meant it when he told his friends and family that he'd be back soon. For real, it's not as though Goku died at the end of the series. What's more, the guy can fly AND teleport.

The guy could legit have EVERYTHING he wants and more out of his current arrangement, frankly.

I'm just as surprised that Jaco the galactic patrolman has never been animated considering it's a prequel. Hopefully one day we get both

The point that made me (and presumably many others) doubt that Goku would be back is the fact that he did, indeed, abandon his family for a couple of years at the end of Namek.

Sure, the things he learned in space ultimately paid off, but the matter of fact is, Goku willingly chose that training in space was more important than coming back to Earth and being with his wife and son. No, there was no danger to Earth, he wasn't forward thinking about new possible threats, he left them because training was fun, and spending time with friends and family wasn't.

Now, let's look back at EoZ. Goku already knows how to teleport, and yet, Bulma claims she hasn't seen him in 5 years. Now, he's going off to god-knows-where, never to be seen again for more years to come. Why should we as readers/watchers doubt that he's 100% meaning to leave his friends and family for a 3rd time when he flies off with Oob?

Doesn't really help that Toriyama doubled down on the "Goku is a terrible husband and parent" gag during the revival era.

Goku training Ubb instead of training Pan as well (maybe with the aid of the official DBZ babysitter Piccolo) is something I have always despised about Toriyama's plannig... Goku would rather abandon his family... just one more time...
