Introducing all the characters appearing in "Dragon Ball Z" along with their latest battle values (BP = Battle Points). It would be cool to take it out of the book and stick it on the wall! This was a year after the Oozaru Vegeta chapters so they definitely knew about it. Maybe an uncontrolled Great Ape is only x3, and the controlled one is x10?

No, Oozaru is 10x in canon. The 3x is from the game cards and it seems Toei used it in Movie 3 probably to keep the scaling at that time. That would make Oozaru Gohan at 30k. Fits perfectly with Tullece being able to kill him with his attack.
I feel like something that is often left out of discussion based on minor obscure material like this is that, sometimes, people just make mistakes. Not every scrap of text from every bit of promotional material is word of God.
