Bulma's machine had nothing to do with him being able to turn into a golden ape, then to Ssj4 from there. All it did was give him a short cut to becoming a regular ape, something he'd be capable of if he got his tail pulled out.

Yup, I mean - he was literally the only character in the cast who didn't even need a moon to transform himself into Great Ape lol, he learnt to make fake moon light himself and trained to ignore tail pain. Bulma just bypassed his lack of tail in GT. Quite frankly - he "deserved" SSJ4 more than Goku did because of the work he actually put into Great Ape form and tail training lol

Daima gave us two of Vegeta's best fights and by far the best post-Buu arc written Vegeta. Out of all the things people are complaining about with Daima, Vegeta is not one of them. No one was clamoring for Ssj4 Vegeta; everyone wanted to see him finally use Ssj3, and it didn't disappoint.

Nothing said he wasn't still under the influence of what Nevah did his adult body just allowed him to turn it back on more easily.

Absolutely nothing points out at the possibility of Goku having access to SS4 temporarily. It actually seems Neva just unlocked his potential. That, unlike your absurd theories, can be inferred by Goku's conversation with Vegeta and has precedence with the Nameku-seijin race.

That's irrelevant. The issue is that Goku would've use SS4 if he had it. Vegeta wouldn't be as surprised as he was when Kaiō-sama told him Goku was defeated in SS3. And Vegeta wouldn't had said he surpassed Goku, at that time, when he was unleashing his fury against Beerus. Oh, and bonus: Vegeta would've use SS3 on Beerus as he was fighting enraged, not strategically as the ridiculous theories claiming Vegeta having SS3 in SUPER makes sense.

If we headcanon what happens after daima it's not hard at all to imagine that vegeta just ends up getting ssj4 at some point by training. We've been consistently shown that whatever goku achieves vegeta will get there at some point, ssj1, ssj3, ssj god, ssjblue (they might have even unlocked this one together) the only exception is ultra instinct, but he has his own ultra ego.

I wouldn't call that "cooked" I'd say it's just following the same pattern we always had in dragonball of goku breaking the limit and vegeta following after him.

It is too bad that Goku never used his fusion bugs to fuse with someone. I hope in the future Vegeta gains SSJ4 also and then they can fuse into a new fusion with fusion bugs.

I like the design, it's a nice variation of the GT version. The furless patches on the arms look a little strange. The way it's animated has a ton of character to it with a lot of monkey movements.

It should have a different name though.

Super Saiyan 4 in GT is a form that evolved from the Oozaru form. That's why I think the name is a bad choice, it merely points to the fact that it's stronger than 3 and doesn't address the new look.

In Daima the form looks the same but it does evolve from 3, similar to how it's done in the old Budokai games. It's awakening is similar to the previous form too; more power from deep within. In this sense the name fits, but still doesn't fit the design.

I like how Vegeta came up with his own name for Super Saiyan 3, Ultra Vegeta 1. Similar to Super Vegeta. Indeed, who gets to name these forms anyway?

Maybe it's just communicated poorly but i think what meant was he KNEW he has it in him but couldn't have reached without neva. Goku already achieving that offscreen would be so idiotic that if it turned out to be true i would stop watching/following any modern dragonball media that comes out in the future.
