Blowing up planets

Outside of Freeze, Cell, Buu, and Beerus (as well as Roshi and Piccolo blowing up the moon, and filler Vegeta), who has been shown to blow up a planet? Did it drain them of a significant amount of energy? How feasible would be to use that amount of energy in a fight?

A lot of Versus discussions involving Dragonball characters seem to fall back on how DB characters can blow up planets. To me, other side of that is that that would leave them dead or out of energy if their opponent can survive such things.

Freeza, Cell, Buu, and Beerus are the only ones that we see below up a planet on screen. Other characters could do it too if they wanted too.

most of frieza's soldiers can do it. the only thing is that if someone is strong enough, even if hes on the planet and you blow it up, it may not be enough to kill him, but he would die if he cant breath in space.

my only guess is that the sayians are fools for not thinking about it

I feel like most of Freeza's soldiers don't have that high of a power level. Freeza told his troops that if they kill Kuririn, they can have the Earth for themselves. It won't be treated as a special thing if anyone can take a planet and blow it on their own.

Am I tripping? When has Cell blown up a planet? We're not counting Kaio, right?

Not that many characters have blown up a planet on-screen.

But many have been able to threaten it, with no indication they were exaggerating or overestimating themselves.

Vegeta all the way back in the Saiyan Arc was going to blow up Earth; Vegeta, Goku, AND Cell had all been threatening to destroy the planet with their attacks, with Cell even scaling it up to the solar system; and plenty of other times, the power to destroy a planet has been brought up again later on.

Mira destroyed Namekusei with a Genki-Dama. We didn't see it, but considering that Namekuseijins went on to live on Earth after that... We can include him on the list.
