For me personally, it's difficult to choose, i kinda miss original Toriyama colored pages, they had some charm.

While limited color pages were...strange

I really wish the full color release had some.... well texture to it. It's so flat and digital that I much much prefer Toriyama's colored pages. If they recolored the whole manga to match that style I'd be all over it.

I can't tell you why, but I prefer the black and white pages the most. There's a charm to it. Preferably on something like the VizBigs, where the pages are very light rather tham the tankōbon where the pages are darker (these are the two releases I'm most familiar with, but think that the kanzenban also has darker pages if I recall). Of course, it doesn't matter digitally.
Next to the black and white, I guess I'd go with the full color. The colored pages in the kanzenban and VizBigs are good, but I don't like the pages with the limited color palette. It's just strange and jarring.

The bland, quickly and inartly done 'full color' version is hideous-looking, so I'm quite happy to stick with the pages as they were originally created.

When the manga was published in Dutch, the colored pages got printed in greyscale, which was kinda defeating the purpose. I prefer the color, but as another poster mentioned, it could use some shading. Dragon Ball SD is a great example of how the DB manga could look when properly colored.

For the actual fully colored pages Toriyama drew, I'll 100% take the Kanzenban. It looks absolutely gorgeous. For the half-colored ones that are like only reds and blues with no yellows... I dunno, I think the Full Color versions look more appealing there. Though I'll take either over the grayscale reproductions you tend to get in most releases.

Kanzenban.
While Full Color is interesting, at the end of the day it's just someone else's interpretation.

I view the Full-Color editions of the manga in much the same way as Kai compared to the original Z anime — it's a fun novelty and kind of neat in its own way, but no substitute for the original.
I have the Saiyan-arc volumes of the Full-Colors and would still like to also snatch up the remaining Freeza-arc volumes that Viz released, but I'd trade all of them AND my VizBigs for an actual full-blown, unedited, all-color-pages-intact Kanzenban equivalent.

Off the cuff, I'm inclined to say replacing Toriyama's own coloring work is hardly any better than altering dialog or music. That it also looks worse (in my opinion) is just a bonus.
