Brilliant news, especially considering the Catalan dub was only announced a few months ago.

And of course we had the Castilian dub of Kai, making 2024 a great year for Spanish Dragon Ball dubs.

Wonder, if a Galician and Valencian dub of Super will follow?

It's weird how many dubs of Super suddenly get made - the Danish dub of the 27 first episodes got recently released.

And Kai, although 5 of the recent dubs were all from India.

I guess TOEI wants as much catalogue content as possible that didn't get dubs to get dubs in the missing languages before they move on to Daima so certain territories can have larger libraries of Dragon Ball content.

It's probably a smart business move. Anime Box is quickly becoming the home of all Dragon Ball material in Spain and the more dubs they can acquire for streaming the wider their reach will be.

As someone who has Basque roots, these news are great to hear.

Although, I wonder who will replace Felix Arkarazo as Vegeta since he retired from dubbing after Dragon Ball Super Broly.
A little too late but yeah, I've been officially active in Kanzenshuu for ten years :)

Apparently the scripts are based on the English dub but Joseba Cordon prepared a glossary of Basque terminology for the editor to keep continuity with the previous Basque dubs, and a few names that were pronounced wrongly were corrected.
