Dragon Ball influences in other anime's scenes or other manga's panels
I have just watched Chapter 11 of 1996s anime Rurouni Kenshin and… put this video from 2:33 to 2:58
https://youtu.be/8ZG25sDGoIQ?si=ChT8pbtU7oitvUFT
I think that scene is strongly influenced by a scene from 1990s Bardock special (I guess all of you know what I am talking about).
Another scene from sousou no Frieren was clearly inspired by Pilaf's kiss joke:
https://youtu.be/SH1q4zma3po?si=--Rv2EERDOxfsfDJ
It would be interesting to compilate more. What do you think? I have shown 2 anime scenes but you can post manga panels too.

Re: Dragon Ball influences in other anime's scenes or other manga's panels
Attempting to actually compile/archive this would be a fool's errand, when individual instances are given homage/parody at such regular intervals, it's already impossible to keep up with:

It's fun to catch whenever you're watching or reading something, but attempting to pull together an actual list of "References to Dragon Ball in Other Works" list and be comprehensive about it would probably drive a person insane.

Thanks for your reply and for the image
This thread is not for compiling every DB influence in the world but only in another anime/manga (not western products) and only influences from specific scenes/panels.
I mean, Luffy's personality is similar to Goku's. Same with Naruto. Even Hakufu Sonsaku, from Ikkitousen, have the same personality as Goku even being female (I am not saying female characters shouldn't be like Goku. I mean that not only male main characters are Goku-based). Moreover, Jiraiya from Naruto and Musashi from Aoyama's Yaiba look inspired by Mutenroshi. However, pointing that kind of abstract ideas is not the purpose of this thread. The purpose of this thread is compiling concret manga panels or anime scenes that are directly inspired in concrete DB panels/scenes.
The example you show us of Yamcha's death fits with this thread's purpose. Thank you

In DanDaDan, a character's attack is basically a KameHameHa, and he even almost calls it that, but decides to change the name.

Also, one of the protagonist's attacks refers to Tenshinhan's Kikohou, with the name Moe Moe Kikohou (the English translation uses the name from Funimation, calling it Moe Moe Tri-Bream).

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders Chapter 127 (chapter 240 overral):
Also, in the tail piece for Stardust Crusaders Chapter 141 (chapter 254 overral)
And now to make this about Sonic... This one is a very well known one, but Sonic from Sonic the Hedgehog is able to turn into Super Sonic. Designwise, it's literally just a Super Saiyan.
...that's not the reference I want to talk about though. In Sonic Frontiers, he develops a new form, unnamed in-game but dubbed "Super Sonic 2" by fans and later it was found that this his how the form is actually reffered to in the games code. However, american comic writer and current writer for the games Ian Flynn has confirmed that the form is apparently called "Starfall Super Sonic" internally (he explains it in 18:19 https://youtu.be/F_WrfZN07j4?si=Uny74OOoEFc__ShB&t=1099 and if you want the full context, 16:41-21:50). Regardless, it's hard to not compare it with Super Saiyans 1 and 2 again when this form adds blue eyes (Super Sonic didn't have them) and lightning effects that are similar to Super Saiyan 2
https://youtu.be/RMbtrz3ut9w?si=4k2_kNeudlYVqpO8&t=30
(0:30 - You can see him turning into Starfall Super Sonic)
However, this form also reminds me of Dragon Ball Super. I'll preface this saying that I'm not certain those are references and there is a lot of reaching here, but I still want to contribute with my observations.
For once, the aura is very detailed and has multiple colors, which is something that we've seen in modern Dragon Ball a few times
Starfall Super Sonic is also a very dodge based transformation, with it changing how your parry works (ironically making it less overpowered than regular Super Sonic and even base. This is justified in the game by making parrying impossible in the final boss until you transform into Starfall Super Sonic) and how most of the trials involved in achieving the form are about training your parry (you even fight against all three main bosses you fought up to that point with the same weaker parry you get as Starfall Super Sonic). This reminds me of the Ultra Instinct, specially because of how serious Sonic looks in this form
Again, this is a reach, but I can't help but feel like, if Super Sonic is Sonic going Super Saiyan, this is Sonic's version of Ultra Instinct

Not a scene or panel, but the title for the 329th chapter of My Hero Academia 欧米ギリギリ!! ぶっちぎりの凄い奴 (Ōbei Girigiri!! Butchigiri no Sugoi Yatsu) seems to be a reference to DBZ Movie 9's title 銀河ギリギリ!!ぶっちぎりの凄い奴 (Ginga Girigiri!! Butchigiri no Sugoi Yatsu).
