Help me find an Akira interview where he said Saiyans have the same biology as humans

Its here on the main Translations page on the Kanzenshuu page, but there are 175 documents to read and I was hoping someone had a link to which one included the interview where he said this. Note, its not the S-cell thing, but a quick line about how their dna and biology is the same as humans.

I don't think he ever said they have the same exact biology as Earth's humans, but they're very similar as they can breed with each other.

Saiyans are humans (homo sapiens) in and of themselves, just a different type that comes from a different planet.
