Brand new scenes in Dragon Ball Kai?

Ah, the scenes I spoke of weren't "brand new"; they were just redrawn and reanimated.

This is not new scene, but we got these...

The fact that the original backgrounds are the same, but they rotoscoped the characters onto them. I don't understand that.

Kei17 pointed out a while back that there was indeed at least one scene with new animation. However, it's just some dust clouds swirling.

Basically just fixing an animation error where the dust clouds didn't move in the original shot.

It feels like it came straight out of some shitty 90s sticker album, badly recolored by the publisher’s staff. And people love this show...

I still love Kai, warts & all. I'd rather watch it than Z, especially for the dub because Z's dub sucks donkey balls.
