I don't think we should count on it being released in full by spring. In the response I good, she specifically said "fra april" (literally "from April",) which usually implies that it will be going forth from then and not be dumped all at once. They do seem to prefer releasing them in batches of 3 episode per week, so assuming they start releasing them in early April, we'd at most have 27 episodes at the end of spring.
