So how will Toyotarō ever find a way to end the Black Frieza saga and put the Super manga to a official close?

Assuming that Toriyama didn't write an outline for how Black Freeza's storyline ends, the obvious answer is that the various parties involved with the rights regarding the series will come to a conclusion that they agree with and then execute that conclusion.

Black Freeza was introduced two years before Toriyama's passing, so Toyotaro likely has an idea about where Toriyama was going with that story line; it's just a matter of getting the manga off the ground again and connecting those plot points. I personally don't think they would've announced an adaption of Moro unless they were sure the manga was given the OK to continue, so I think it's only a matter of time before it's made public.

I agree, but then at the same time, it's not unthinkable that the anime just covers Moro and Granolah and then writes its own conclusion thereafter. I can see either outcome happening at this point.

Given how Iyoku Akio seems to have nothing to do with Shueisha anymore—especially given how much he has pissed them off—I assume that this is what is going to happen. I won't be surprised at all if the animated adaption doesn't follow the manga, but rather story outlines that Toriyama wrote for Moro and Granola.

Iyoko and Toei would not be able to animate Moro and Granola without Shueisha's approval, so whatever was going on behind the scenes have been resolved. I do however agree that changes and additions will be made to these two arcs, but it won't be because of any behind the scenes issues, as those are resolved. With that said, it may be more of a "we all like $$$, so let's put our differences aside", rather than them being friends with each other.

Hey Guys, since DBS: Beerus is coming in the Fall alongside a possible DBS remake of Fukkatsu no F and and Galactic Patrol is coming in 2027, I’m going back to the Super Manga and the Super Anime in order to wait and see how Toei and Yamamuro Tadayoshi-san will fix, I just finished 1-27 of the DBS anime retelling of the BoG and RoF films on Crunchyroll (the original japanese version aka the pre-Blu Ray version) and next is episode 28-131 on the Blu-Rays discs.

Is anyone doing the same?

I still have the screenshots I took while watching week to week if I need them, but I'm likely not going to rewatch anything. I'll know if parts I feel strongly about (those I like and those I dislike) are missing.
On hiatus.

Actually, I been thinking, maybe save The Black Frieza Saga for another time, that’s the final endgame for the series as a whole, maybe Toyotarō could do a Planet Sadala arc, cause I want to see real full glimpses of the planet in Universe 6 unlike we saw in the anime and a little bit of it in the manga.

I actually still believe Toyotarō might do a Planet Sadala arc before we get to a Black Frieza arc.

We don't even know if they'll let the poor guy actually continue the manga for now, let's not get our expectations too high until they announce something lol

'Might' is hardly getting one's expectations up.

Isn't there a convention or panel about the manga taking place soon?

Even floating the idea in his mind is probably generating more expectations than it should considering the state of the manga rn, we don't even know if it will comes back anytime soon.
So if it does, I really wonder how much freedom they will give Toyotaro, because as much as people talk about him as Toriyama's successor, he seems pretty damn low in the Dragon Ball management hierarchy, they didn't even credit him as a writer for the Moro arc when they announced the animated show

Oh, he'll have next to zero freedom, if Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, Dragon Ball Daima and Dragon Ball Super: Beerus are any indication. I fully expect the project will wind up being pretty stiff and forced to stick to any and all Toriyama outlines up until Iyoku Akio can find some new angle to safely advertise from other than "Toriyama came up with this story and these designs!"
