I disagree pretty strongly about #19 and #20. It seemed to me that Vegeta had a lot more trouble with the former than Piccolo did with the latter.

Regarding the others, how does this look to you?

Future Gohan: 200
Future #17 & 18: 260 ~ 280
Trunks: 240
— 3 year timeskip: 300
Goku: 250
— 3 year timeskip: 350
Vegeta: 370
Piccolo: 280
— merged with God: 420
Android #17 & 18: 400 ~ 420

If we were to continue tracking power levels up to the most recent events in DBS, could we say there are characters who have already reached the quadrillions?

Even conservatively, I think it would be hard not to get there eventually.

Let's see what the bare minimum would look like:

SS Goku = 150,000,000 (biggest official number)
Imperfect Cell > Android 17 > Android 18 > 150,000,000
Perfect Cell = At Least Imperfect Cell + Android 17 + Android 18 = 450,000,000+
Beginning of DBS SS Goku = 450,000,000+ (Defeated Perfect Cell in one hit in the first chapter)
SS3 Goku = 3.6 Billion (8x stronger than SS1)
Base Vegito = 3.6 Billion+ (Seemingly stronger than SS3 Goku even in his base form given his fight against Buuhan in the Anime)
SS Vegito = 180 Billion (50x stronger than Base Vegito)
SSG Goku = 180 Billion+ (Stronger than SS Vegito at the very least, if not a hypothetical SS3)
SSB Goku = 9 Trillion (Seemingly 50x stronger than SSG according to the Goku vs Kefla fight)
SSB Kaio-Ken x20 Goku = 180 Trillion

So yeah, even being extremely conservative as DanielSSJ said, if you think Beerus and the others are at least ~5.6 times stronger than SSB Kaio-Ken x20 Goku then it's pretty much impossible to have their power levels be below the quadrillions.
