Hello,
This survey is being conducted as part of a doctoral thesis examining the global reception and cultural significance of Dragon Ball. The study explores how audiences from different cultural backgrounds engage with the franchise, identify with its characters, interpret its themes, and participate in its fandom. Particular attention is given to the figure of Son Goku and the ways in which fictional characters may evolve into broader cultural symbols.
The survey includes questions about your experiences with Dragon Ball, your perceptions of its characters and themes, and your involvement with fan communities. Whether you are a casual viewer or a long-time fan, your responses are valuable.
Participation is entirely voluntary. All responses will remain anonymous and confidential and will be used solely for academic research purposes.
The survey has a few open ended questions but they are all optional, as I understand if folks don't have the time to answer in-depth. The multiple choice questions may take 15-20 minutes to complete.

Done'd. I wasn't sure how to interpret some questions, but I hope this helps!
