I’ve noticed certain differences in audio mixing in the French dub of some Dragon Ball Z movies.
These differences are particularly numerous and noticeable in Dragon Ball Z: Le Film (Fusion Reborn & Wrath of the Dragon). For instance, Shenron appears with 3 different voice filters across the various releases and Goku appears with or without an echo while in some cases his reactions and screams remain in Japanese but in others they are heard in French. Gotenks also appears with or without voice filters, among many other examples you can see in the video below...

Have you noticed anything similar elsewhere? It should be noted that I am not talking about music changes or re-dubs.

I don't believe Android 19 and Super Buu were redubbed in the remastered Funimation dub, but they both had voice filters in the original 1999-2003 dub.
Do you have any info about international non-English broadcasts about the Dragon Ball anime or manga translations/editions? Please message me. Researching for a future book with Dragon Ball scholar Derek Padula will be writing

Oof... so looks like the English dub ISN'T alone in being constantly tampered with from release to release.
