I just hope for better gamplay and AI. The AI on your team during single player mode is awful in both games as they would leave you hanging while you are dead. The combat still feels shallow without not enough combos to pull off.

I agree. The ally AI in the first 2 games is dogshit, meanwhile enemy AI is actually pretty good. They really should revamp it for this game to be better.
Only dubs that matter are DB, Kai, & Super. Nothing else.

Wasn't there supposed to be something about this game at Gamescom or was that just a "playable booth here" thing?
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

The past 2 months of marketing has just been them recycling the same demo and trailer info.

Yeah, marketing is not something Dragon Ball is good at anymore. I was expecting this, of course, so I'm not too bothered as I would be a few years back. But it still sucks.

I've been seeing people say that quite often. So what could be the reason for it? This marketing thing might be related to the rights dispute. Capsule Corp Tokyo taking care of anime and videogames may have led to a cut in this kind of investment, which was a lot stronger when Shueisha had the total control over everything. Now with shared rights, they lost the interest, at least most of it. My hypothesis at least, and this is something that surely would need more history analysis for better comparison. (People say that the marketing started to really suck with Super Hero, well, 2022 was when everything started before the climax of the shakeup in 2023)

I'm assuming the game won't release early 2027 like most of us are thinking, I think it might be a mid or late 2027 thing.

But there is a State of Play on September 3rd so maybe we'll get information there?
