Just saw that the next update is called "Tower of Power." Anyone else see SomecallmeJohnny's review of Budokai 2 & 3 where he did an SNL parody opening & credited Tower of Power having an influence on the music from them?
Only dubs that matter are DB, Kai, & Super. Nothing else.

Looking forward to those gameplay content updates! I am quite fine with the roster now, even tho we could've still be picking the leftovers.
The only thing that I am personally missing is to add some more accessories and costumes, like it irks me a bit, that 23rd Budokai Goku doesn't have his undershirt and boots option while Kid Goku has them for some reason, even tho he never wore such a getup in the series.

But I am only looking forward to what they will add, I presume that the "character DLC" will be Galactic Patrol updates for the roster :)

Too soon, the series won't start in 2027.

Oh really? I thought they were going for Fall 2027.
Anything changed since the announcement?

They haven't announced anything one way or another; fans have just speculated that it was releasing in 2027. This DLC is releasing sometime before the Fall or at the very start, so even if Moro does air then, the DLC can't include content that hasn't been aired in animated format.

Xenoverse 2 did that with Goku Black and UI Goku (before the episode where his White Ultra Instinct shows up)

I think they'll probably do a costume pack of GP Goku & Vegeta from the poster + Old Moro with a limited moveset

Technically, they did that with Goku mini from Daima.

And we saw what mess it was, with them having to fix his moveset and voices with other DLCs.
Moro arc being released in 2027 is really just fan wish, there's no way they'll put the first trailer and release it in the same year. It's too high budget of an arc.

Well, the difference is they can use Moro's moveset from the manga

As for Moro after summer 2027 is close enough I can see then adding Old Moro.

No it wasn't, these are merely unverified rumors that appeared as soon as it got announced. And it was in pre-production so it's 100% certain that's just a made up date.

You're right! The event went so long ago, that all the official and unofficial got scrambled together
Damn, on one hand, this makes me bit unhappy as I am unexcited by the Super remaster and can't wait for new stuff on screen, on the other, gives me a bit of a hope, that the Beerus doesn't end up as complete letdown and they might follow-up with adapting rest of the Super series to be visually on par with Moro and doesn't create more fragmentation and chaos, like the Super manga does in itself by skipping story portions in-between arcs.

I hope before they jump into new stuff they finish up closing the gaps in the roster. That was the problem with Daima, rather than what we finally started getting with Neo DLC, we got a bunch of… frankly, fairly uninteresting chibi versions of characters that already had like 15 forms in the game already.
I was Thanos before the MCU existed!
