Indeed similar, but I do remember reading the sentence "Goku is everyone's friend" verbatim. I'll keep looking.

This might not be of any help, but I feel like I've heard the phrase min'na no tomodachi a handful of times in animated projects and Kamen Rider or Super Sentai. I don't know if it's maybe a common phrase or not, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's something typically told to kids watching these series aimed at them. Where Nozawa Masako herself might have used the phrase before, I couldn't say. >_<
