DBZ Shirts?

I want some of those Toei-made shirts SO badly.
Especially the senzu bean one and the "you need more training" one.

If someone started buying a whole bunch of them and then re-selling them on Ebay they would probably make a lot of money.

Wow, and that's why computers will never be able to replace real people for translation. "Explosion Note"? I guess that's the more extreme version of the Death Note; instead of people dying by heart attack, they explode!

A lot of the stuff from Cospa looks really awesome....when I was in Japan a few years back, I got a really awesome Gundam shirt for my husband that was made by them. If only these things were more available outside of Japan....you're certainly not going to find a Tao Pai Pai shirt in America. Nor will you find shirts with hilarious Engrish

Being realistic what we need is to have friends in Japan who can then put the T-shirts up on Ebay for us to buy... I am thinking about trying to contact some people on Ebay with the link to that site.

Does anybody think that might work?

That's actually a pretty good idea, it should work. Keep us informed on how it goes, hopefully soon we can all have nerdy Dragonball clothes to live in!

Sounds like a good idea to me. You need help contacting any of those sellers?

We've had American releases of the manga as well as a good number of Japanese toys, so I don't see why we can't have the same thing with apparel?

I think thats a fantastic idea assuming the person wont be a jackass and overcharge us ( I understand well have to pay a little more that the site says but we all gotta make sacrifices for DBZ cloths... right? lol). Let me know if you have any luck contacting someone or if you need help.

If that Tao Pai Pai shirt had "Kill You" on the back, it would be the greatest shirt ever made.

I was in Japan travelling for 2 months back in May and I saw a lot of these t-shirts about, specifically the Goku gi t-shirt and the 17 Red Ribbon one (speaking of which, I assumed the 17 was a reference to Android #17, rather than anyone else, but perhaps I was wrong). I didn't pick up any shirts up though, partially because I was struggling financially and partially because I wasn't really sure if I'd wear them. Sure, the novelty's great, but bright orange is not my colour. Also, I'd already snagged arguably enough DB merchandise by that point.

Having said all that, if I'd seen that Chaotzu one, I'd have snapped it up immediately. Great concept for a t-shirt!

It seems like most of the Dragonball shirts that are already on Ebay are either very cheaply made, bootlegs or just plain ugly.

I did however manage to find our favorite Popo shirt for 30$!

I am working on it, I have contacted a couple of sellers located in Japan and I'm just awaiting a response.
If I don't get any response within the next couple of days, then I shall ask some more... and some more!

I've had some bad news about the anticipated T-shirts guys

After clicking on the link again on the thread, I have discovered why nobody is replying back to me, - The store has actually ceased trading and is not online anymore

Does anybody know any alternative links with the same T-shirts? Would be great I'm trying really hard here and now I'm so pissed off!

Though it looks like not all hope is lost. Doing a quick search, it looks like one particular eBay seller's got a couple of those cospa.com DB shirts. Looking at the shirts they've currently got up for bidding, they're not really the ones I've had my eye on, but maybe we could send 'em a message to see if they can hook us up with some other shirts...

(Geez, I hate using the plural sense to refer to someone whose gender isn't known.)

Sounds like a plan! I'm willing to give anything a chance, the only problem being the link to the site with the vast majority of the T-shirts is no longer active. The site has ceased trading

If anybody can find the T-shirts from a different source, then I'm willing to contact around Japanese traders and see who can possibly order them and place them up on the web.

C'mon people let's all give it a try

Then we can all wear the best anime T-shirts ever made!
